The spending bill that Congress has agreed to includes a 1% pay raise for federal employees.

The massive spending bill that is expected to be passed by Congress includes a 1% pay raise for federal workers. According to the Washington Post:

The bill authorizes a 1 percent pay raise for military service members and allows a 1 percent pay raise for federal employees, ordered by Obama, to begin in January.
