The Office of Personnel Management is offering a webinar today to help answer questions federal employees may have about Open Season changes.
The webinar will be held Tuesday, December 8 from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM EST.
OPM says they will answer as many FEHB Open Season questions as possible during the webcast. They noted in their announcement, however, that they are unable to process Open Season requests during the webcast or at the email address established for questions.

The link is available for testing starting at 9 AM EST which OPM recommends you do ahead of time. You will see a test pattern and hear a buzzing noise similar to the emergency broadcast tone.
