The proposed new rules, if enacted, would define ATM fees as incidental expenses. Additionally, laundry and dry cleaning fees would qualify for reimbursement when traveling.

The proposed rules are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register on January 8, and the public has 60 days to submit comments.
