Want to learn more about the leave and workplace flexibility options available to federal employees? The Office of Personnel Management has released a new online course to help you.
The new course, Introduction to Leave, Work-Life, and Workplace Flexibilities, is designed for both managers and employees and will help participants gain insight into the commonly used leave, work-life, and workplace flexibility options as well as how to access these options to meet various needs. The course is available online at the HR University website.
On June 23, 2014, the President directed OPM to work with agencies to support them in providing education and guidance about various workplace flexibilities and work-life resources. OPM is providing this new course as part of the President’s initiative.
