Ralph Smith
Ralph left the government to establish the company that became FPMI Communications, Inc. He served for several years as President/CEO of FPMI until shortly after he sold the company to a public corporation. He currently serves as CEO of FedSmith Inc.
For more than two decades, Ralph has written or co-authored numerous books, articles and editorials on issues pertaining to the Federal Government, consulted with numerous federal agencies, organized and addressed a wide variety of federal sector management conferences, and conducted training seminars and addressed conferences for thousands of public managers and employees. He has written extensively on a full range of human resources topics and was a co-founder and publisher of a number of newsletters on federal human resources.
