  • Tell me or direct me to someone who can spell this out in a way I can understand instead of the legaleze. I have a SCD of May 1980, have been on FERS since 1990, accumulated SL ~1000 hrs....

With un-employment one of the biggest Economic challenges today one would think they would realize how this would strengthen the hiring pool and ...
