So, The judgment of the females is not in question, only the male?? I guess it is time to open the bedroom to uncle Sam, as he is everywhere elese, running our lives. It does seem odd that the personal judgments of employees is measured at work. How does this come to play in personal life style choices, divorce, career decisions? Will these too be measured and used in judgment of employees until each and every activity and decison is listed in the liberal list of socially diverse perversions that is off limits regarding character as so many unacceptalbe things already being shoved down normal peroples throats today by the special intersts groups. Guess there needs to be established a movement to reclose the door to the bedroom of consenting adults, cause last time I checked, it is not against the law to operate a movie camera in the privacy on ones own home, or by the media when filming over the fence and from the air, but this guy has to without sin to work at the FBI??? If this standard was enforced, the agency would have no employees and surely no managers.

What about the women who were videotaped without consent? Do they have a legal recourse? Can he be prosecuted for this? Sounds like there is something illegal about videotaping a sex act without the participant's knowledge. As far as being transferred to Omaha, Ne., that is no punishment. Omaha is a great place to live.
