I saw a manager the other day tell an employee that the manager owned him. It was not a joke. Something happens to a lot of people when they become "managers". They start to think they are more important and more deserving than employees. That their pay should be much, much higher.
Maybe Bob needs to teach managers to respect the worker
while geting the job done.
People take jobs to support their families and have a life.
Good pay and benefits. How dare they!!
