How much do you want to bet that we start seeing a lot of positions with 5 year terms, which have been sitting vacant, suddenly being filled by people with the "proper" ideological training? "Proper" meaning from Liberty University, Regent University, Patrick Henry College, etc. Additionally, I expect their work experience will mainly involve work on the Hill from 2001 to 2006, when Congress only acted like a rubber stamp for the Administration's policies.

Oh my!! Where have you been? Don't you know that this Congress has approved fewer Bush nominees for judgeship than for any president in near modern times? Rubber stamp? Where on earth have you been?
