The population of the USA is now past 300 million. Our economy sometimes does not produce enough jobs. Especially, "living wage" jobs that are ideal. It should be the opposite I would think. There would be too many people, & much competition, for exisiting jobs. This tells me that the younger generations are less employable & they are hoping that middle aged & older workers hang on longer. Did I get it right?

Bravo Jim! Its refreshing to hear someone voice encouragement and empowerment instead of the tired old line of "Who can I blame today"! Nothing lasts forever and we are beginning the process of handing off America to the next generation. Of course there will be upheaval and change and it won't be the America we were handed by the "greatest generation". Ok then. Do we let the American juggernaut roll over us in its progress or do we hitch up our pants, spit on our palms, get a good grip and hang on for the ride of our lives? Myself, I've always loved roller coasters.
