Definition of two interfund transfers

I'm confused. If I transfer all of my funds in the C, S, and I funds to the F fund at the same time, is that one interfund transfer or three?

My thanks to Mr. Smith for posting this, and my congratulations to the TSP Board and staff for their diligence in preventing unnecessary costs and losses in the TSP.

My thanks to the TSP Board also. Some may consider them too conservative, but if you look back at some recent history (2006 Fedsmith article http://www.fedsmith.com/article/987/ ) about adding real estate investment trusts (REITs) to the federal Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), and consider how that would affect us now, then maybe we can see that conservatism is not always a bad thing.
