The real question is: Why did the AF hire her in the first place?

this individual was fired from 4 previous jobs and should have delared same on her application. however, the form should have clearly asked if she was fired from any job, civilian or government in the past in order to remove any doubt.

I was thinking the same thing, here is a person with SES potential, I do not see why the court did not see this and direct she be moved directly to an SES postion. She can not do any job well, which I beleive is the number one requirement for Management (SES) positions.
