Just another crooked Fed, she should have received jail time for lying under oath. I'm sure we will see posts about how biased EEO and MSPS is, and Feds never get a fair shake............

How did she think she would get away with it? Her request for 72 leave wihout pay told a lot. It is best her case was dismissed because her ethics are off.

Oh please, she suffered what she should have suffered except the judge should have ordered her to pay the 250.00 filing plea since the courts time was taken and should have been reimbursed. No loss to the Fed force, and her lack of integrity should be forwarded to her present employer.

You must have come from the Bill Clinton law schools that its OK to lie under oath. But its not surprising were Feds and the law doesn't apply to us

Amazing. You're a GS-11 and because you didn't get your GS-12 you decide to just quit your job. I bet if her husband wasn't a GS-15 I'm sure she would still be a federal worker.

I understand her husband telling her not to declaire their Price accounts for $250.00 but then again why didn't he just give her the $250.00; does he like his wife?

I'm glad the case was thrown out!

What a dumb broad. The judge should have had her pay the $250 fine.
