When oh when will America get tired of all these fraudulent EEO grievances and reform the system? Nobody sees the abuse more often than civil service managers. It is a big part of what makes replacing civil servants with contractors such an attractive option.

If Managers started started being replaced or better yet, fired, perhaps these EEO's would not exist. The culprits who contribute to these problems are never disciplined and are simply moved to a higher paying position or another location, which in itself is the reason why they are unmotivated to change their conduct/actions.
