Thank you for this article, especially the first sentence: "A lot of information crosses my desk every day heralding postal employees and how they continually go above and beyond their duties to make sure the mail is delivered and their customers are safe." The Postal Service and its employees are all too often the recipients of unjustified criticism or jokes. Their reliable day-in-and-day-out performance and common acts of heroism frequently go unheralded. Thank you, again, for the recognition. -- A Proud Employee of the United States Postal Service

Thank you for a positive story about the post office. Too often we hear the negative and this story demonstrates that most postal workers are committed to their job and duties. Congratulaitons on a job well done Joan and Becky!
