Hopefully they will try some originality. Having been a union officer prior to during and after partnership, it wasn't all some built it up to be. Some managers went overboard and some just didn't participate except when forced. There has to be a better version. The union can be just as big a click as mgmt and they aren't elected because of their aptitude. They don't represent many and they whine alot about issues that don't really exist. But I'm a supervisor and neither mgmt nor union care about my issues. Yes, I would like some cheese with that. :-)
