I attended this affair at Assumption School and was so impressed by the enthusiasim of all the children in this project. Some of the stamp drawings were incredible. I really hope other schools adopt this program as we all need to show our children about penmanship, communication other than emails, texting etc.
A big thank you to Assumption School for being the first to adopt this idea and to making it a reality.

I think you have to assume that anything you write, on paper or electronically, could "last forever" and pop up again sometime.
Anyway, I too am a former practitioner of the great lost art of letterwriting (sigh), and am glad to see it celebrated. It reminds me of that scene in the movie "Brazil," where one of the characters has to do what is understood in that future society to be unusual, sign something by hand. He does so awkwardly and then shakes his arm out as if it has been painful.
