REDUCING TEXT MESSAGING

Well, technically, this order aims to "reduce" texting while driving (or DWT). I plan to really minimize my texting.
Ironically, I'm writing this message while in a GOV, on my gov't BlackBerry! In the spirit of this new order, I will end this message now.
Now that's just wrong...

It should NOT be exclusive to Federal Agencies and their employees. Texting while driving is a hazard to everyone on the highway. Make it a LAW and implement a strict fine.
