As a retired Postal Human Resources Specialist I would like to say that DAILY many carriers behave and perform in heroic manner on their routes...I was and will always be proud of having been a 36 1/2 year employee of the U.S. Postal Service (I started when it was the P.O. D.-Post Office Department) and as both a clerk, examiner, and finally a Human Resoures Specialist, I saw hard-working people all around me...I am now enjoying my almost 8 year retirement...and still proud when I see the Postal vehichles and employee's out there doing their job! Bravo Postal employee's!
