Why would this be in the agreement: "Agrees not to suspend the EMPLOYEE for the misconduct described above so long as the EMPLOYEE does not engage in similar misconduct for a period of NUMBER years beginning DATE."
What if the employee commits "dissimilar" misconduct?
Wouldn't it be appropriate to suspend the employee if, during a certain period of time, the employee commits any misconduct?
