I want to change my delivery email address
If you have a new email address and need to change your subscription, you will need to unsubscribe your old email address and then resubscribe with your new email address using the forms above.
I tried unsubscribing but I keep getting emails
This usually happens if you are on one list but try unsubscribing from the other, i.e. you are subscribed to the FedSmith.com daily updates list but you try to unsubscribe from the TSPDataCenter.com email list. It could also be because you are subscribed under an email address that doesn’t exactly match the email address you are using to try to unsubscribe. You must use the exact email address you used when you first signed up. Also, if you follow the unsubscribe link contained in any email sent to you, you can easily unsubscribe from that mailing list.
When I subscribe/unsubscribe, I do not get a confirmation email
You most likely either entered your email address incorrectly and the confirmation email could not be delivered, or the confirmation is getting blocked. Check your spam filter and/or check with your network administrator to see if emails from FedSmith.com are being blocked by your servers.
