The following terms and conditions govern your use of the FedSmith.com web site (referred to hereafter as the Site) and the content within the site. FedSmith Inc. may revise these terms at any time.   • FedSmith’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver by FedSmith of such right or provision.
  • This Site may be discontinued or limited at any time.
  • The laws of the State of Florida will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and FedSmith.com

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from FedSmith electronically so that we may respond to your electronic communications and so that we may notify users as a class of information regarding the Site. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Site and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Use of Material on FedSmith.com

Content is herein defined as any text, graphics, or material within the Site. The content is copyright protected. The content on FedSmith.com is not to be reproduced on any other web site or reprinted in any manner without express written consent from FedSmith.com. You may, however, post links on another web site that link to content or articles within the FedSmith.com web site. Any such links may not be framed within the design of the originating web site. Any other means of reproducing content from FedSmith.com is strictly prohibited.

Articles on FedSmith.com

The original news articles written for the Site are copyrighted material which is the intellectual property of FedSmith.com or the individual author. Any reproduction of these articles on other web sites or reprinting or distribution of these articles in any way is strictly prohibited. Permission is hereby granted by FedSmith.com for you to post a link on another web site which links directly back to the article on the FedSmith.com site. Any such links may not be framed within the design of the originating web site.

Comment Policy

The Site allows readers to post their comments on articles to share ideas with other readers. We use third party software (Disqus) to provide the commenting features.

FedSmith.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor these comments electronically and to edit or reject any comments submitted or any individual users for any reason at any time, including those which FedSmith, deems, in its sole discretion to be objectionable, redundant, in violation of these Terms of Use, or inappropriate for posting.

RSS News Feeds

The FedSmith.com news feeds are provided free of charge for use by individuals and non-profit organizations for personal, non-commercial uses. You agree to provide attribution to FedSmith.com in connection with your use of the feeds either as text or with a graphic (a link to a small graphic with our logo is provided inside of each feed for this purpose). If you provide this attribution as text, please use “FedSmith.com News Feeds.” You agree to provide proper attribution to FedSmith.com if you use the feeds publicly, meaning that anybody besides yourself will be seeing the information contained in the news feeds. If the feeds are posted on a web site, the links back to FedSmith.com cannot be framed within the web site on which they are posted.

Site Use General Rules

FedSmith reserves the right, but not the obligation to monitor areas of the Site electronically and to remove information and materials that FedSmith deems, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. However, FedSmith expressly disclaims any obligation or warranty to screen or remove objectionable materials.
