The TSP rates of return for the month of September are out.
The common stock fund (c fund) continued its losing ways with a new loss of 10.87%. It is now down 20.50% for the past twelve months.
The S fund did a little better with the small cap stocks losing 6.,84% for the month and a twelve-month loss of 7.49%. The F fund continued to be the best investment for TSP participants with a twelve month return of 8.63% and a monthly gain of 1.63%.
