2021 Federal Employee Benefits Survey Coming Soon

The 2021 Federal Employee Benefits Survey will be conducted this fall.

The 2021 Federal Employee Benefits Survey (FEBS) is coming this fall according to the Office of Personnel Management.

OPM will administer the survey to a random sample of 50,000 employees this fall. It will be confidentially conducted via email to the federal employees who end up being selected. The survey will be available online for approximately 4-6 weeks. OPM will publish the results on its website at a future date.

The FEBS was last conducted in 2019.

The FEBS is an opportunity for federal employees to share their feedback about their benefits programs and whether or not the available benefits meet employees’ needs. It also helps to determine whether or not federal employees understand the flexibilities and benefits available to them.
