*NOTE: This pay calculator reflects the estimated salary for 2011 for federal employees based on the 2010 pay rates. The 1.4% increase is used because this figure is one of the likely proposals that may be approved by Congress and the President. It is not possible to know the final percentage that will be approved by Congress and the President, or the final changes that may be implemented by OPM in locality pay rates during the administrative process. This pay calculator provides an estimate of the 2011 rates based on the proposed locality figures and proposed pay raises. The final figures, and the amount of money an individual may be paid in 2011, may differ from what you will receive in January. It is currently unknown what the pay cap will be in 2011, and as such, this pay calculator does not contain a pay cap for the higher pay figures.
