A federal employee with the State Department has given his resignation to President Trump along with a hidden message embedded in the letter.
An employee scored a big settlement with the IRS but tried unsuccessfully to challenge the agreement’s requirement that she resign by a date certain. Her play to set the resignation aside as involuntary did not get far.
OPM director Linda Springer has announced in an email to employees that she is leaving the agency in August.
